The Peak District National Park Authority is proposing to make a traffic regulation order to permanently exclude mechanically propelled vehicles along Derby Lane, a 2km route near Monyash.
A detailed explanation of why the Authority is proposing to make a permanent traffic regulation order as a means of managing the use of the route is set out in the Statement of Reasons (Document 3 below).

What happens next
Before any decision is taken whether to proceed with the making of a traffic regulation order on this route, the consultation responses will be considered by the Authority's Audit, Resources and Performance Committee. When the date of the Committee meeting is identified this will be shown on www.peakdistrict.gov.uk/troconsultations. Reports will be available the week before the meeting at democracy.peakdistrict.gov.uk.
